My test invite is scheduled on August 14 at Scarborough. It's at 7:15 pm. Do they even work so late?

My timeline is on October sheet. Brampton. Applied Oct 16. Aor Oct 31. In process Nov 23. Test invite Jul 25. Test scheduled at Scarborough on Aug 14.

You don't need to inform CIC of your newborn. That is not needed. However did you inform CIC of your new residency in Kitchener. They can transfer your file to Kitchener office and your application may get speed up due to less volume of applicants applying in Kitchener than Mississauga.
Yes I did change my address as soon as I moved and I was under the impression they will transfer my file.
I just called CIC and they said my file is transferred to Scarborough due to overload in Mississauga. I am not sure if it will accelerate the processing.
Should I still ask them to move my file to Kitchener (agent told me transfer may take upto 6 weeks and you will be in fresh queue in Kitchener). Any suggestions/advice ?
