Also, the invitation asks me to bring completed "Prohibitions Form". Is it normal? Has anyone been asked to bring completed "prohibitions form" too?

Yes, the prohibition form is standard practice for everyone. CIC is just checking you haven't committed any crimes during your application process.
In my invitation, there is a prohibition form and a media release form.

is there anyone else with similar timelines? People who took the test in Mississauga atleast 2 weeks after me had their oath ceremony in April.
I wonder how much more will I have to wait.

* Toronto: Applicants have reported to be located in Toronto. Once applicants receive test invites, their location will be changed to Visa office sending the test invite either Scarborough or Mississauga.

After few weeks of observation, it looks like most Oakville applicants will take Oath in Oakville instead Hamilton if there is one, i.e this month the ceremony was May 24th at Appleby college, and they just updated June date and location as June 21 at Oakville Public Library - Central Branch, so I suggest spreadsheet admins keep applicants' living city as their location instead change all halton region applicants location to Hamilton.

IMO, location is most useful to be showing the office that is processing the application. While there may be special ceremonies in Oakville, the office doing the processing is in Hamilton. The oath location can be shown in the notes section if it is a one off.

To what end? It won't do anything to move your file, but if you're curious, go for it. There is a tiny chance you would uncover the issue, but if it's just an extended background check, the notes won't tell you much. That said, if it helps with peace-of-mind that you're doing something, there's no harm in ordering the notes.
