How is RQ received? does it show up in Ecas? or do you just receive it?

For RQ, ecase does not change. For FP ecase change that they send correspondence bla bla....
Mine is still in IP since i get RQ.

i think @dpenabill has already given you suggestions.

No need to panic - you can call the CIC and get some advice on how to provide the corrected forms before the exam. You can also let the interviewer know about the mistake. If the days dont affect your eligibility then you should be ok. Good luck.

Hey guys - i have a quick question.

After i got my PR, i had to undergo major surgery that was fully covered by OHIP.

Does anyone have any experience with this sort of situation, would this work against me for citizenship? The fact that the government had to pay for my major surgery as a permanent resident.
