I am still waiting to be IP. I see a lot of people are still waiting, but I wonder if this is true or they are just not updating the file. I mean, is it realistic people from November AOR still not being IP?

Now I'm really in dilemma. I have a trip out of Canada from Feb 27 to Mar 8 and suppose to arrive in Canada on March 8 6:30am and the test time is at 1:30pm. do you think I could make it? I really don't wanna reschedule it... who knows how long it will be postponed...

I think you should be ok with the timing on March 08.

Theoretically you should be able to make it.. unless there are flight delays or anything unforeseen happens.
