Thank you for those who answered my questions of yesterday!

I have other questions now and I'm sorry again if they have been answered before:

1- Questions 12 b, asks to list the tax years the applicant has filled the taxes and it gives the options under (required to file) as YES or NO! when should we say NO for a tax year?
I'm submitting an eligibility period from Oct 2012 - Oct 2017 but I haven't filed my taxes for year 2012 as I was out of the country and didn't return until Aug 2013 (I have filed taxes for all remaining years of my eligibility period). I'm not sure when to select NO for a tax year.

2- Based on the above, Do I have to include year 2012 in my application? what should be my answer if (required to file)? Yes or No? And if it should be YES, is it OK not to include year 2012 in the application as I haven't filed my taxes that year?

3- Finally, do I have to include copies of my notice of assessments for the years I have filed already?

Thank you all and truly your help is priceless!

I would say option 2 makes more sense.

Hi spyfy : may I know your suggestion on below..... ( I asked in other thread but haven’t seen reply yet )....

Pls ...

Under travel documents table I had entered all passports data & nexus card data during eligibility period. Realized after sending application that I forgot to mention Usa B2 visa in that table. I went to Usa multiple times using that visa each time couple of days. I’m little worried I should have entered B2 visa in that table? Is there any thing I can do now by sending a letter with the table info filled & B2 visa photo copy attached ? All I was thinking , passport is critical and nexus, B2 visa etc not required to enter. Donno I did right or wrong .

Any thoughts , suggestions ....

For question 11,

My selections are working and unemployed!

During my unemployed periods, I was in and out Canada and I was in different places in Canada (residential apartments and hotels). So for this question I have included every single place I was during my unemployment periods (including hotel stays!) but I'm not sure about the name of contact, phone number, and email address for the periods were I was unemployed and in/out Canada (whether in hotels, residential apartments, or my family places). Should I leave these fields blank in the application? Should I write NA? what should I do about this?

Thank you all!

So spyfy I assume you have read the details in my questions and saw that option 2 is the best one for me to go with?
Yes. No one could have filed taxes for 2017 right now. Also the citizenship act clearly states that the years BEFORE the application are relevant. So write 2016-2012.

In your case, since you filed in three of those years, it wouldn't really matter much either way. You should be fine.

A visa is not a travel document. What was your primary travel document to cross to the US?
Was it your passport? Then, as long as you listed your passport in the list, you are good.
Was it a Nexus card? Then, as long as you listed the Nexus card in the list, you are good.

What they mean with travel documents is THE document that you show to cross the border. You might also show a visa, but it's not THE document to use.

No I mean cell B4 in the Averaged Comparison sheet, it has the numbers only up to row 96 :D that aside, it takes a lot of effort to maintain the sheet, good job! :p
I see what you are saying.
Unfortunately I have limitations on what I can edit and this one is beyond my privileges as I didn't make the sheet, I can just add new data points.
Will talk to the owner.
Thanks for the observation :)

No point in getting overly anxious about it now. It might still be ok.
