Still no updates

Anyone here in the same boat ????
Can someone please provide the contact email so I can contact IRCC because call centre is really busy and it doesn't even transfer the call

they do not usually send the book out, a link is provided in the AOR email. You can order it for free and get the book. Otherwise you can use the PDF on the cic website.
