can i ask if you applied under urgent?

I am also applying from Calgary. Mine is in IP on Nov 25. and I am actually away in the US from Jan 19th till 29th. I am really nervous that they will schedule my test from Jan 24 till 29th.

Not sure if i should contact them

I am also traveling before and after my test date so I was also worried. Your IP was a day after mine, there is a high chance your test will be after Jan 29th.

I spoke to an agent, and she said if anyone is traveling and worried, the best thing is to let them know, by telephone and if you are traveling by greater than 2 months +, it should be done by writing.

Just a suggestion to all my friends who are waiting for AOR. Please dont make it your habit to freak out so fast and start complaining how unfair is this world to you. This last month I enjoyed my life as usual. Hardly checked forums. Did not freak out, didn't email or messaged people on canadavisa forums to ask whats their applications progress. Did not started new threads to complaint. Did not call CIC million of times to ask where is my application.

So please relax and have faith in the process. You chose Canada because the system here is better than the country you are getting immigrated from. So have faith in the country you and your future generations will be calling home.

@user88 - sorry to bother. did you talk to the agent before your test was scheduled? was it scheduled on 23rd for you because of your conversation with the agent?

My IP date was 10 days after yours. I am really hoping the test wont come till after Jan 29th
