I think you can only log in when you receive AOR or when your application is opened.

Keep checking ECAS. They wont send any email or mail to notify you with in-process status.

They won't inform you. ECAS will show a 3rd line when your file is in process. Keep checking it.

That's surprising were you able to access it initially when you got AOR? If no maybe you should call IRCC agent
