2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on November 27, 2017.

I have a question can you share the email address from where you received the mail from ..I will add that to my address book so the mail does not go into junk mail. What is the subject matter of the email.. thank you.

Hubby just received his AOR today, December 1st! Was starting to get worried as I had heard processing for AOR was around 30 to 40 days and November 29th was the 40 day mark...

Whitelist the domain "cic.gc.ca". BTW, fee payment receipt comes from the same domain. If that didn't go to your junk folder, AOR won't either.

Here is the full email address: "Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca"

No one in November has been reported as receiving AOR.

Were tax returns on the document checklist? No.
Should you submit anything other than what's on the document checklist? No.

We submitted tax returns with our application.

Although it is not specifically requested in the checklist, I work for a law firm that always submits tax return documents with applications.

Either way, get started on the process right now. It can take a while to get PCC

I am Oct 16th applicant and finally got my AOR today.
I hope that you guys specially 13th and 16th applicants receive yours soon. It is difficult for me to advise you to be patient since I know how difficult it is. But please hold on a bit longer and you will certainly get it. There is no way your applications are lost. You will hear back from them like me and others.
