Hey guys,

This is a question regarding Police Certificates - I was really hoping on the rule for Police certificate requirement to change back to 183 in 3 years instead of 4, as I had spent a bit more time than that in the last 4 years. I just wanted to double check and confirm. It still is 183 days in 4 years ? and Original Police certificates are required with citizenship applications ?

If it's a yes in both cases, This sets me back for almost 3-4 weeks by the time the certificates reach here from my country. Stressed !

If I was a student on a study permit 2 years before I became a PR what status do I put on the calculator and the main form? Student only? I also had co-op work permit and off-campus work permit, is that an addition to the status of student or are those 2 other statuses I had?

In other words, can I just put - student (held off campus wp + coop wp), or do i have to list 3 different statuses?

Hi there, anyone please help me with regards to Foreign police clearance. I came here in Canada Feb 2, 2014 as permanent resident and never traveled outside Canada. My question is am I still required to submit Foreign Police Clearance. Im applying for citizenship now. Thanks, your help is really appreciated
