The october 11 applicants who crashed the website already want AOR inside OCT, Most of them should realy check into psychiatric specialist because your attitudes are laughable too me.

real reasonable time to wait for AOR is 30-40 days, i wouldnt care until 19 december 2017 and my app was received 19 OCT so i expect AOR atleast 30 November.

You should be realistic expecting 30-40 days for AOR and getting mad other 7 people who applied now is nonesense, childish and pathetic.
That's some strong epithets for people you don't know! Someone could return the favor + tax. Let's remain civil.

I am sorry about it.

What is the reason?
I sent it a on Oct 11th. Since the Online Presence calculator was hard to get to (site was crashing), I resorted to using "How to calculate Physical presence" form. There is a section which deals with time spent as a tourist. Basically pre PR period. I left it blank since it was N/A to me. According to CIC I should have put a 0 in there rather than leaving it blank. So since its blank, they considered it incomplete and sent the application back :D

Well Monday is now a new day.

Good philosophy,at least you know where your mistake is from.Just make some adjustments and send it back right after.
I might have my application returned,i had my pictures taken under old regulations and i didnt take time to print out the specifications and hand it over to the photographer.
As long as the return is fast as yours it's fine.

Calgary here, delivered on the 16th, awaiting AOR anxiously, specially I may have 2 potential issues with my application,
No CIT0177 (I lived outside CA but dont have any credits to claim, not a crown servant) and forgot to print my name on the
photograph, lets see what happens :)
