Oct applicants no AOR and reapply

Looks like all Oct applicants are receiving AORs. But the delay has been maddening for sure, no doubt...

Lot of applicants sent 2nd application and now they are getting AOR from the first. Their process might screw up entirely once cic open the second one or they might be lucky. I have created a new thread regarding this situation. Please put your valuable input into that thread.

I think you should stop creating unnecessary prediction without knowing what will actually happen.if it is ur fear that u send the second application then stop acting and go straight to the point. if someone has send second application.it has clearly said in cic website that if the cic agent informed the application lost then there is no problem sending a new one.if the old one is already been processed then second one will be discontinued or will be decided wether to take first one or second one.most the applicant who has second application have sent with the explanation letter attached with the same old receipt and forms so how would that a problem?people are reliefed with aor after such a long wait now stop making people again to panic.

I dont think their 2nd applications should screw up their process. Especially if there is a cover letter, then I think there is minimal chance the officer will do anything other than check in the system and discard the 2nd application. Process if not found. But we'll see what happens.

Another little confusion will come if 2nd application gets AOR first because 1st one will not have note. 2nd app will have note but agent from 1st application won't know until he/she try to put that into the system.

I agree with you.Those ones who rushed to apply the second time just for their own piece of mind should now be worried. That is my point of view, I do not like people who think they can push anything and call some numbers to fix things. Canada is not country like that. You have to sit and wait and your turn will come and do not look in others, just look in yourself.

I am confident IRCC's IT systems are not as fragile as to allow duplicate entries for the same person. The UCI will catch the error.

IRCC respond soon to them but they may get same response as we get via CSE ( we are still working on it and normal time for processing citizenship application is one year). In my case, for the last one month my MP Office is kindly following up with IRCC but till now no progress. My application was delivered on 13 October. No AOR yet.
