Nothing since.

Has anyone who applied October 2020 received a permanent application number?

Me! October 27, 2020 HCCP applicant with less than 24 months experience. Got my permanent AOR last july. Submitted my requested updated job offer form last December only (their reason was it was incomplete. Which I doubt because I double checked my job offer form before submitting it. It could be there were missing pages because of passing from one agent to another agent. I’m not that stupid to submit incomplete IMPORTANT details like number of hours, job details, etc). I’m still waiting for their updates. I paid ALL the fees, even the biometrics coz I have an existing biometrics from my LMIA work permit

September 2020 hsw applicant here. Received 2 TAOR last march 2021 and the letter regarding public policy on July. After that, nothing follows.
