Hi, I am new to this forum and oct 13 cec applicant.
Can some one let me know, How do I send my latest work experience since i changed the company after applying for CEC.

Send original Police Certificates along with your name, Date of birth, UCI, complete application number (letter “E”, “EP” or “F” followed by eight or nine digits).

Common Abbreviations:

WP - Work Permit
BOWP - Bridging Open Work Permit

UCI - Universal Client ID ( you can find this in your work permit)
AOR - Acknowledgement of Receipt (Also known as Application Number or File number. CIC sends you an email about this)
MR - Medical examination Request
RPRF - Right of Permanent Residence Fee
PPR - PassPort Request
CoPR - Confirmation of Permanent Residence (You get this on the mail after your file is approved and all fees are paid for)

ECAS - Electronic Case Management System (you can check the status of your file online
GCMS - Global Case Management System (Very Detailed info about your Case.

These should ideally be sent to by email (scanned copies and all) to the visa office where your CEC application is getting processed. But again, that is my understanding(It may well be incorrect)..Would definitely like to hear from the experts.

You don't need to update CIC with the latest work experience. CIC will make decision based on the information you provided in the application package. If you want to change the information you provided with your application, you may send a mail with updates to CIC but CIC may or may not accept these updates.

As per AOR letter:

Please do not forward additional documents unless requested.

If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the Centralized Intake Office by e-mail at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca of any status changes in your application (birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals.

Hello,

Have people experienced unusual delays (greater than 10 working days) on queries sent to CIO Sydney/CPC Ottawa by email OR is it just me?

My application reached CIC on 11-Oct and I got AOR on 20-Nov. My Wife's PCC effective date was July 10th. 90 days had passed for her PCC when it reached CIC(91st day )

I believe that CIC may ask for a fresh PCC in this case. Should I wait or go ahead and get another PCC? How much time normally does CIC give for applicants to submit the PCC? Will the PCC request and MR come at the same time?

Dear Brother....i think better to wait because if they need it they will ask for it....otherwise dont need to send it them.....sometimes they dont need current one and sometime they need.....so wait one months more bro....
