Hello Everyone.

Another Oct 2013 applicant in.. I have added my details to the spreadsheet.

Many people, like me have hit this forum to share and more importantly look for helpful information and obviously have a lot of questions. My (unsolicited) advice is to please go through all the pages of this forum before posting your questions. Chances are high that your question might already have been answered. And you will see that some members have taken a lot of efforts and shared their learnings and knowledge here which is immensely helpful.

So read before you ask.. not only to keep this forum compact and informative.. but also to respect and appreciate the efforts of these highly contributing members... Cheers and wishing everyone the best !

My application got returned yesterday - I had the wrong family information form, seems like the updated it in september 2013 and I submitted the first week of October - but must have just downloaded the form right before it got changed.
So I'm starting over again.

Where did you apply from, is it from with in Canada? Reason i am asking this is because usually if the package is returened you get it back in around 30 days.

Yep I live in Mississauga,ON - package was received on Oct 10th , got it back in the mail yesterday (give or take 1-3 days as we don't empty our mailbox daily
And it was very confusing to find out what was wrong - since they stated everything in yellow is wrong and marked of that the family information document was missing and with extra information Common Law partner - while the form was in it and then the information marked was the birthplace of my daughter.

It took me a while to figure out that the form had been revised in September - since I filed first week of October - I had filled out most of the documents in September :-(

But it is how it is, we'll refile tomorrow and hopefully their processing dates keep shrinking.
