Absolutely!! That's more than in 2012, way more. But since the change from 24 months to 12 months for the CEC class,
they've received a lot of applications. So by the end of 2013 we should know how many applicants there
were for this year.

If you have a tracking number for your package you can track it. That's nothing you have to register it for, only
the signature option is a paid feature.

Check the September sheet for the time. And some users don't update the spreadsheet right away,
patience is the key.

I just want to ask if I can still apply for BOWP. My WP expires on Jan. 28, 2014. I got it through Post-Graduation WP. It's an open WP. I applied for PR last month under CEC. I sent it to CIO last Oct. 4, but hasn't received my AOR yet. Do you think I can get a BOWP if I applied this month? Thanks.

Wait for AOR, then apply for BOWP. That's your only chance, if you apply without AOR, chances are your application gets refused.
You have enough time until Jan.

Thanks toby. do you have an idea what the requirements are? I left my job last sept and still looking for a job. I heard one of the requirements is a job offer from an employer. Is that true?
