i was very lucky today, i screamed at library lady because it thought they blocked government website and sometime thought iam cursed, luckily i had my turbo speed laptop with me and after 3 hours of hustle at other location my payment went through and printed residency requirement because i calculated last night at 1am. And after payment went through website went offline and almost cried because i couldnt print straight up but got pdf email receipt which finaly made me laugh.

what a rollercoaster day.
 
I had bad experience today too. the first time I paid, it showed webpage error but my bank account already showed $630 was charged but I cannot receive any receipt. I tried second time, this time went through and received the receipt. but now I was charged by two $630. I sent my application today already. need to call my bank or CIC later to figure out how to get the first $630 back.
 
could be a dumb question, how did you guys even get to the pay screen? did you just kept reloading the page? I cant even seem to get to the payment page
