But still not received at Toronto. Does it take this long to receive OCI?

we are on the same boat, my wife's is dispatched from Toronto on 2-APR as well..my OCI was dispatched and received in Toronto in 9 days.. Should not take this long actually.!

BLS has a "premium lounge" now thats news to me ?

My 1on1 experience with BLS was way back in 2022 (Oct and Dec). They did not have any as such a "premium lounge" setup...
The unit at 40 Gillingham Dr, Brampton is pretty small location and can accommodate limited counters and can only accommodate small# of people only

yes, Gillingham has it. now its layout has changed. separate waiting area. bundled services - form filling / prints / courier etc.

Mentioned couple of times, but let me update you. It's there from many months already.
That's best option for anyone who don't mind to spend $100 because
- Appointment is available immediately next day onwards usually
- Includes courier delivery charge
- Includes photocopies
- Includes application filling and/or correction
- Includes photos (some bls agents agree and some don't do this)

When I went for passport surrender, they found some mistakes on my application and charged me $100 extra and moved me to premium lounge service.

@abbas.pasha @adstarscream732 I am planning to go to India on July end. So I am trying a way to speedup the OCI process. OCI booking is all booked for April.
If I am not able to book through Premium Lounge, I think walk-in is the only option.

Why would you not able to book premium lounge.. last I checked it was available every day

Yes, premium lounge is available, but I am confused if I can book that service for OCI.

In my knowledge premium lounge is for any application and costs extra $100 in addition to application fee and expected to include all things I mentioned above earlier.

In that case it should work for getting you an OCI spot warna complain to BLS about @desmat

I am applying for reissuance of OCI card as I have received a new passport after the age of 20.
Will I need to submit any of my original documents? Like my ORIGINAL OCI card and my passport?
I have got xerox of both and will submit them.

Not a lot folks on this thread have the experience on that, better to search info on other forums/google and call BLS to inquire about this

I have 2 applicants for OCI and looking for OCI service by courier. Do I need to send 2 different application and pay courier service twice ? or I can send one courier form and combine the fees.
please assist
