Anyone knows
A. How long it will take after this change to receive the OCI card?
B. Is there a way to track it?

FYI... for ottawa applications. A friend of mine have applied for his kids OCI and below is the timeline.

Wow, I remember your's got processed a while ago? How long has the BLS site showed that status?

About 1 week to 10 days.

After COI tracker updated you will need to check BLS tracker

Hi everyone,
I had already purchased Pickup + Dropoff Purolator service. On OCI website, my status shows PROCESSED.
My question is what is the next step and when I would be getting my OCI Booklet at my door ? How would I check the tracking details of it ? I cannot see anything on BLS portal, only showing "Processing at Consulate General ". Looking forward for your input.
Here is my timeline below
Pickup by Purolator from my home - June 18, 2022
Date of Ack - 28-JUN-2022
Documents Printing Status - processed -19-JUL-2022
Dispatched From MEA (OCI ) - New Delhi - 20-JUL-2022
Document received At - Toronto - 20-JUL-2022

@p88 It would take about 1 week max from today to receive the OCI card, you should now track your application only on BLS tracker it would be a few days before it is updated

I am seeing the following message while tracking the surrender certificate

Surrender Certificate has been granted and is available for issuance

please let me know if this means that it has been approved and I can receive it anytime now or is there still a long wait

Please track in BLS tracker it should update in a few days. the turn around time to receive document in hand for SC is about 10 days from the day submitted.

Has your status been updated on BLS? It's probably already with Purolator. You should be able to track it on Purolator using the CAN.. as reference.
Wife's OCI application had been showing ready for dispatch since the weekend, I just tried to search on Purolator and it was picked up on Monday, on truck for delivery today. BLS still has the same status.

Yeah, it got processed on the OCI site on 7th July.
On the BLS website - it says ready to be dispatched and when i looked at the purlator tracking - it says it will be delivered sometime today (hopefully)

applied on : Jun 14 (walk-in at Brampton office)
Acknowledgement in OCI portal: 20-Jun
Processed: 13-Jul
BLS status to Counter delivery: 18-Jul
Delivered on 20-Jul ( now wondering why the booklet is blue )

Anyone who got OCI recently, please is your booklet blue as well ?

All OCIs are Blue. They used to be a darker shade of blue, for the past few years, they've been a slightly lighter shade of blue than the passport.

i just learnt that OCI cards issued on or after 15 April 2021 have a blue-grey cover with golden colored printing.
i was surprised because my niece OCI was different, and it was applied like 6-7yrs ago
