How long did it take to get your originals back from BLS?

Applied on 19th May through walk-in and got my original documents delivered at home on 31st May

Hello, so i thought, but can you check page 3 of these instructions PDF?

under "Applicant's Passport Details", the instructions say "As per Indian Passport or Birth Certificate"??

Its pointing to previous passport details where you need to put in Indian passport details.
and the fields before that put Canadian passport details. They need your valid passport details which is Canadian. Your Indian passport is already cancelled that's why there is a field for previous passport.
and In the next section when they ask for previous citizenship you put Indian and Last Indian passport held.

I did the same and about to receive my OCI in hand by tomorrow.

So, for my case, as I reported yesterday, the Additional Info and a number , is nothing but the purolator tracking number . It's just that they are just label creations, but not actually dispatched. By night yesterday, all my 3 applications had the Additional info with tracking number (well they dont say it is tracking #, we have to understand it ourselves ). But the status remained that same Counter BLS.

Today morning, the status of one application changed to "Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping ". Other 2 remains in Counter BLS Status

And yesterday night the purolator for the first number, showed picked up and in transit. But BLS status was still at Counter .
I hope I receive that one today and the other 2 , tomorrow., God Willing.

In Toronto Jurisdiction, how long does it take from 'Processed' to OCI-in-your-hand (with courier service provided by BLS) ?

OCI Status got updated "Passport Dispatched via Courier". It was "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping" an hour ago.
Got the Purolator tracking number as well but it hasn't been picked up yet by Purolator.

I applied on 13th May at BLS Ottawa. Acknowledgement received at 28 May. After Acknowledgment how much time it takes to ship OCI back ?

Similar situation as you. Ack date of May 25th. Waiting for an update on the OCI portal. Another applicant on this forum is in a similar situation with similar timelines. Its hard to predict how much longer this is going to take.

For me it took 7 days, Processed on June 16 and OCI received via Purolater today June 23. Details in my signature.
This completes my long journey for immigration documents. Thank you everyone and best of luck.

Mine got processed on 18th June on OCI portal and BLS (Toronto) still shows status last updated on 31st May

I received my original document , my Indian passport today and now waiting for OCI to be delivered.

My date of acknowledgment is June 1st 2022. OCI status is still in process. Anyone in similar situation?

Similar situation. Date of Acknowledgement: May 25th. OCI still says 'under process'. However you being a Toronto applicant will likely hear something soon. Ottawa applications are the slowest to be processed

You can say that again! Ottawa applications def the slowest! No update on mine

So, the BLS Status says "Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping ". But we received my wife's OCI, by purolator now.

I am hoping i get the rest 2 tomorrow.
