Mine status shows: "Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping" since last week. I have raised a support ticket with BLS mentioning that I have already paid for return package via Purolator. Hope I get it soon. My wife already received her's last week

@canadamaple its been more than one month on the OCI portal. I sent my application to BLS In April.

Where did you apply? Ottawa or Toronto? I suggest calling BLS every couple of days asking for an update. I applied at BLS Ottawa and they did not even open my envelope for a month. It was super unsettling. After repeated calls, I finally saw an update on the BLS portal. Good luck.

Honestly, I do not come across this situation, but I highly recommend you to give a call to BLS.
In general, I added an employer letter.
If you go back on this link, somebody added a letter format for unemployment or not working. That might be helpful for you.
Yes, you need to scan and upload the photo.
Also, read the OCI step-by-step instruction and required documents if you have time.

Hello everyone. In anticipation of my OCI card, I was looking at tickets to Delhi and Mumbai and it looks like the prices are astronomically high at this time of the year. Do you have tips or advice on what you do to find better deals? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much

Hello everybody! The moment is finally here. Just received my OCI card This has been a long journey. I am so glad to finally have my OCI card on hand. Everybody on this forum have been so friendly and helpful. I could not have done this without your support. The process to get the OCI is painfully slow for Ottawa applicants, but now it all feels like it was totally worth it Thank you very much once again.

Hello All,
Just received my canadian passport and was wondering what is the best next step to get the OCI asap? There are 600 pages here but is there a page where steps are written? I am ready to go in person as well if required to get this work done.

Can someone pls throw some light on what paper work is need and where I should go? I am in Toronto if that helps
