If so it will show up on BLS status site with a request for more info and you will get a chance to rectify any deficiencies. In any case its too early to panic.
Toronto Folks who got their OCIs processed on Nov 9 or 10 or 11 - have you received your OCI in hand? The status for both of my applications on the BLS portal has been the following since yesterday

We only have 2 cases in the tracker for 9th and one has reported receipt today. In your case (processed on Nov 10) I would have expected delivery tomorrow but someone else also reported no dispatch status yet on BLS site or no trace on purolator. An additional day delay is not unheard of though.
We went and asked BLS just now and they are saying it has not reached them yet. I am not sure how that is possible. If the status says "processed" in OCI site , since last Tuesday, they really did not get it till now ? I find that hard to believe. Same case with my entry visa. It got printed on Wednesday last week and said" in transit" since then, but somehow has not reached them.. its quite annoying at this point.

I've not been following Vancouver timelines closely enough to comment. In Toronto, "In transit.." really doesn't mean that its in transit but more like ready for transfer between Consulate and BLS office which happens only once a day in the morning hours. Further, there are cases where BLS status completely fails to update even after mailing the document out.
Have you tried purolator tracking?
@DPJ To add: I noticed you are in Edmonton (?). It could be that document transfer to Edmonton is done only certain days of the week. I have noticed some Edmonton applications start to process at the consulate soon (next day) after submission and some take several days. But again, without having a lot more data and a closer look, I can't say for sure.
