OCI process

When did you get this update (As in what time)? I have the same application date and same date of acknowledgement

This was on OCI website. I checked at around 2:30 PM EST to find out the status. Although earlier in the day it was Under Process.

good luck to us all ! Fingers crossed. I was looking up the website at least 3-4 times a day everyday, but now I know the rough timeline as 30-35 days for Vancouver Jurisdiction from the time of Ack. I should have checked this blog earlier

Yes, that’s true. I believe they are taking min 30days

About 7 weeks in Toronto at present.

@eas2lv Well now the Purolator status shows it is already picked up from BLS and estimated delivery is tomorrow, which means the guy at BLS that day never put it on hold. Also, yesterday they said they don't have it yet and today Purolator is picking up from them. This is all so pathetic and in the end common people suffers because of their ignorance or laziness or whatever the word you want to use (I don't want to use those here).

Received the OCI today morning 8.30 AM by Purolator.

Yeah, just that my flight was at 7 AM today and I got OCI at 8.30 AM. Pickup was the best case possible which was messed up by BLS. I guess it's destiny.

Just an update. Received our passports with the entry visas today.
Applied on Oct 26th at BLS Brampton and received in mail in 4 business days. Good luck to all and safe travels!

Yes. There's withdrawal application and you can collect it. I asked that at the Surrey BLS counter before submitting my passport.

Perfect… this is very helpful. Moving forward with entry visa appointment tomorrow… won’t be surprised if my minors OCI and Entry Visa arrives at the same time … … fingers crossed
