Hello everyone

my timeline for OCI submission. May i know based on the below timelines when can i expect OCI to be received
Acknowledgement at BLS Site - Sep 26th 2023
Acknowledgement at OCI Site - Sep 28th 2023
Mission post-Vancouver jurisdiction
Current Status on OCI Status - UNDER-PROCESS
So if someone can shed some light and share your experience with me it would be so kind and best of luck everyone

Current expectation would be to get processed by end of this month and get OCI in hand in a few days from then. See the Vancouver tracker that was linked a couple of posts above for trends.

For Vancouver Jurisdiction, how long after does status change from “Under process” to anything else like processing or what not. I mean what is the next update that I should be expecting and around when? It was acknowledged on Oct 18th, my flight is on Nov 26th

Normally one working day which would be tomorrow in your case as today is a holiday for the consulate.

No update on BLS website . it still shows Processing at Consulate General .
Do i need to call them ?

Considering that the processed status came in the afternoon on 23rd (24th in IST), I would wait till tomorrow. Even then, unless you see the "Counter Delivery.." status entry, BLS will say they do not have it yet.

Quick Question- Asking for a friend.
He has an Entry Visa (not an E-visa) valid till 6 Nov 2023 and his flight is for 3 Nov 2023. Can he still enter India or will they send him back?

we should consider ourselves lucky if we recieve in 5 weeks. I have submitted mine in Vancouver as well with Date of acknowledgement on 21st Oct 2023. I was told in BLS that it would take minimum 10 weeks

I was told 5 months as well. Guess they play with our emotions.
