I'm about to apply for Passport Surrender and OCI for my family. Is pickup an option during these times?
I find the call center unreliable. They told me all BLS Centres are closed, and you need to submit application by courier. I found out it's not true.
The BLS Office is near my house, and I don't want to pay for courier, since the fees will be exorbitant if they are going to mail out each document separately to me.. (They told me that each documents will be mailed out separately to me.)
