OCI/entry visa

Hi everyone,
Did anyone apply for OCI or entry visa for infants recently? If so, do you mind telling me how long it took for the processing? As we are planning to go to India on may 1st. Please which is best option and thank you.
Edit: We parents are Indians(pr holder) applying OCI our for 6 months old. Comes under Vancouver judiciary.
