OCI Card ex-Parte Divorce

Good day everyone!

I need help from someone who already experienced this issue. My spouse got ex-parte divorce and married in India. I recently became a Canadian Citizen and trying to apply for OCI card and Bls not accepting ex-parte divorce certificate. How should I get a divorce certificate for my self to get OCI? Thanks for your help.
