okay. I have another clarification in the occupation history part where I need to give the details of my spouse. My spouse, has 10 plus years of experience, so do I need to give all the details of my spouse's work history along with the respective NOC while filing my EE profile.

I am filing the EE profile as me as the primary applicant.

Also my spouse has not taken the ECA for his education, is that necessary?

This section is for calculating your CRS points. Unless your spouse has Canadian work experience, you will not get any CRS points for his experience.

As such it is better not to enter his work experience here as that will cause you to upload documents supporting his work experience as per the format they expect.

You can leave his work history empty here, and while submitting the PR application (after the Express Entry draw & ITA), you can enter his work history in the Spouse Personal History > Personal Activity section. Also mention in your Letter of Explanation that you have done this as you were not claiming any CRS points for spouse work experience. This is what most applicants (including myself) have done. Since you will get points for Spouse's Education & Adaptability, he must get his ECA for his education as that will give you more CRS points. No ECA is as good as no education.

I think the PCC wll only be valid for 3 or 6 months, and so you will have to get a new PCC...
also would like to get opinions of others on this issue.

And also i want mention that out 3.5 years of experience my most recent was only for 11 months. And i checked the codes for mydesignation and responsibilities it is following under 2 different noc codes. So will that be a issue?

and also i have an 2 years old PCC from dubai which is addressing to one of my organation in dubai. is it ok or do i have to get a valid one

Sahil,
Dubai issued PCC is valid only for 3 months. The good part is that Dubai PCCs can be ordered through the www.dubaipolice.gov.ae website. You would need to select if you in or out of the country, provide a copy of your passport, residence visa(if it is cancelled already and you have moved out of UAE, i suggest also attach the copy of the visa cancellation paper in the same file), current residential address(even if it is out of country) and provide the EmiratesID number(even if it is cancelled).

Pay the fee(AED 320) through your credit card(they mentioned GCC card, but if you have a international credit card, they accept it as well).

If you live in UAE, you may end up receiving the PCC in a matter of few mins. If you are now out of Dubai expect the PCC to arrive in 2-3 days.

Dubai PCC is all electronic and is only sent by email.

-start date-end date
-same or different org.
-noc for each role

My spouse education is just grade 12th.

I have 4.8 years of experience i Human resources.
I started as an HR Consultant, then as HR Recruiter, currently I resigned as Assistant Recruiting Manager. All the three designations have different NOC. and I have 1 year of experience with these three NOC.

In this case which NOC am I supposed to keep as my primary NOC??
