Occupation list changes

I have a friend whose profession is not listed in the 38 occupations eligible for application under skilled workers, i wish to know from group members if some one has any information about when this 38 occupation list is expanded or may be they will revert back to the old scheme of allowing every one with necessary credentials to apply, what ever may be the occupation. Any news on changes in the occupation list..

Don't do imaginary research. Authenticate if there are changes to NOC list or it is going to for your friend.
