Occupation and experience different

Hi

I'm having some issues filling out my form. I'm not sure what to put on Primary Occupation and Date of Qualification. My work experience and education are completely different. I have almost 2 years experience as an accommodation manager (NOC 0632) but my education is in Life Science and Public Health. What should I put and what date for the start date should I use?

education and experience can be different.
NOC code should be selected based on your work experience.
EE considers experience gained AFTER you have completed your education.

So does that mean I should put the month and year that I completed my last degree? (I finished my Master's in December 2013 as per my transcripts but I received my diploma in 2014).
