Obtaining Transcripts for WES from Kurukshetra University

I personally went to ku and submitted the docs.
The documents received status is updated even if they receive the documents from your end.
Login to your wes a/c check the documents status for a clear picture.
There something like waiting to receive your documents/ pending documents can be seen.

2 months is lot of time, did u sent documents by post or visited personally.

Moreover in my case the status at wes timeline has already changed to document(s) received. But other university(Brunel university, london, who sent documents without any charge, and just asked for scan copy of certificate and transcript) has also sent them on 28 march 2019 with normal untrackable post. I was wondering in case any one has two degrees from 2 universities, do they update document(s) received status upon receiving them from any one or both of them?

I am looking to apply for PR in Canada.I have below questions/queries.

1.Do i need to pay first at WES(233 CAD) & then submit WES Academic Records Request Form at Kurukshetra university to get the required documents?(As reference number field is there in request form)
2.Can i request transcript at my place & then send it further at WES?
3.So i need to pay 200*10(8 semester Mark sheet + 1 Degree certificate + 1 WES form)?

You cannot send the transcripts yourself. That is a big NO. The university has to mail the transcripts directly to WES else it will be rejected.

Hello Friends,

Thanks for sharing your experiences.
Here are questions from my side before I go and submit request for Transcript :-
1. Can I choose to collect Envelope containing the transcript along with other docs from them by HAND and personally sent this same envelope to WES ?
Or we have to rely on them to send these to WES directly. (Asking because their process might be slow)
2. Are they accepting fees directly in their office thru Credit/Debit Card instead of going to OBC to save time?
3. On the "Procedure to apply Transcript.pdf" from kuk website, fees is Rs. 500/- per certificate/document. (as per 28 Dec 2019 pdf)
but on their Transcript form pdf, its still Rs 200.
Any idea if fees are increased or not?

Hi All,

Can anyone please let me know the time WES will take to complete the entire process of verification?
Used to check my status online regularly but little worried as it is on hold since more than two months.
Below is the status of my WES application:

Status: On hold
We are waiting for your document(s).

Status last updated: 11/13/2019

Can anyone please guide what should be done to avoid any further delays as the application processing time shouldn't be more than 35 days.
Should I go to the university (Kurukshetra University) & ask for the tracking number for my transcripts or I should contact WES center for the same?

There is no such agent.
You need to go in person.
