Regards,
Is your relative a sibling who is over 18, a Canadian Citizen/PR, and currently physically residing in Canada? You only get CRS points for siblings (brothers and sisters) who meet this criteria, not for other relatives...

It only applies to the FSW points (67/100), it does not affect your CRS score

For CRS score, you need a brother/sister to get 15 points

You seem to be confused about this rule. You get points toward your Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) programme eligibility score if you have a family member residing in Canada as PR/Citizen. However, the CRS Score and the FSW eligibility score are two very different things.

The score that is shown in your Express Entry profile is your CRS Score and, for your CRS Score you only get points for SIBLINGS residing in Canada as PR/Citizen. So, unfortunately, you will not be able to claim additional points for having your wife's uncle in Canada, and cannot plan for those additional 15 points for purposes of securing an ITA.

Thank you so much for the information.
In crs score it asks for relative residing in Canada. Am talking in terms of crs not fsw. In the column of crs pr relative: it shows zero score.
Kindly help me in obtaining this score.

You CANNOT and WILL NOT obtain those 15 points as NO CRS POINTS are given for your wife's uncle, ONLY for siblings.

It asks such question in order to help other applicants with their FSW eligibility.

Exactly this. You don't qualify for the relative points.

Sadly for your wife's uncle you would not be provided the additional 15pts for your CRS score. You can max out on your IELTS score if you are desperate to increase the CRS or even consider the PNP option. Good luck.
