Obtaining FBI PCC- USA from India

My Spouse is in India now and was in the US for a while. We need to obtain his fingerprints on FD-258 card in India and mail to FBI in USA. Can anyone guide how to get these fingerprints from India(Hyderabad)?

Cheaper option is to go to your local police station or forensic lab and get it done there. Its better to take 2 or 3 sets of fingerprints.

Other option is to go with private agencies which you can google.
