Do we have any obligation that we have to do same profession which I mention as NOC at my application? If one does not find or suit any job based on his/her NOC, can he/she shift to any other job? Is there any obligation from the gov?

You can work in any job you like once in Canada as long as you are qualified for it, your NOC is only used for immigration purposes but you can work in any job once you get there, you are not tied to it.

Roger is right. Once you are a PR, you can apply for any job you want or go to school or do nothing. Nobody will make you work under the NOC you applied under.
