Because most of the folks that pass the test in Scarborough, getting their oaths in less than 1 month.

Hey Zombix - i did my test on July 9th @ scarborough office. I am just as worried as you .. I know this takes awhile .. but 3 weeks should be enough lol .. i think we are really anxious!!!!!!!

please let us know when you get your oath .. I have been logging onto ECAS every day since then.. hoping for SOMETHING to change .. I even called CIC .. and they just told me to wait .. have you called?
