Thanks Canadiandesi2006, I realise there are many who did the test in Feb and still waiting for the oath.

No ceremony scheduled after July 1 at toronto office could be a good indication why it takes forever.

You guys' local office all st Clair?

Happy Canada Day to everyone. Wish you, and your family and friend the best on eve of this day.

From March 2014, I observed Toronto Office usually conducts 1 or 2 Oath ceremonies monthly at the most, may be it is only for Downtown residents. Whereas the Scarborough location conducts lot of ceremonies for its own candidates and for St. Claire Office candidates.

St.Claire Office does not conduct any Oath ceremony, I guess may be its just applications processing facility.

I guess this is just a place holder date to be replaced with actual Oath Ceremony date when the case is decided. I and many other candidates had this in our ATIP reports.

Candidates who have passed their Citizenship tests long time back and still waiting for Oath letters may need to carefully check the basic things, have we clearly met the residency requirement - 1095 days of physical presence out of last 1460 days from the date of their application and security clearance etc. Probably majority of us have issues with the total physical days of presence in Canada.

you may get the letter of oath in mail, as stated they have send you
the correspondent.. what is your time line...

Hello All
My ATIP also shows.,
Basic Residence : 1460
Physical Presence: 1134

I assume the number of days are met.

My time line is Sep-12 applied
Feb-13 in process
Feb-14 test and passed
No Rqs'

Hi canadiandesi, does it say the same day 2014/07/01 that correspondent sent in your ATIP or a different date? when did u apply for atip? did u get a correspondent letter yet or not?

Hello,

Pleas if anyone can help/guide me, I applied for the APIT and it says that " The applicant passed the test, the residence concerns/issues are not resolved at the time of interview. The application is sent back to RQ queue to assign to an offer to review/analysis."

The Interview Stauts is : Not Required

What are the chances and what should I do?

Please advise.

Thanks

If you have met the required physical minimum days of 1095, the other things to heck if you got the security clearance. As far my knowledge these are the critical things and if you have them, then its just matter of time. Probably you too might have noticed that there is no pattern or clear indication from CIC why some are getting done faster than others. Hopefully you should receive it soon.

Yes please, even on my ATIP report which I received at the end of May 2014, I had date 7-1-2014 and for a moment I was so excited thinking may be that's my Oath date. Till I was informed by other readers on this forum that most of the candidates have the same date.

Thanks for replying,

We had a Pre-Test RQ, I provided most of the documents she asked. Actually I was out of country and I told them that I can provide what ever is required on my return. I offered to show her the medical and school record at the time of test, but she said there is no need.
