During your Oath Ceremony did you specify that you will be travelling soon? Usually they update the tracker within 2-3 business days.

Are you missing the Clerk's initial in the subject line when submitting the oath form?

What is clerk initial ? I put the file no and last name

Read the instructions what to do when sending the document. Did you write down the agent's name during registration?
There's no mention of using agent's name when sending oath document back to the processing office - at least not in Mississauga. Which document are you referring to?

Everything is explained in the invitation, and they usually do a power point presentation after the oath on what to do next.

OK, but the oath invitation, does not mention anywhere to use agent's name. Unless the process they explain during the ceremony is different from the one explained in the oath email document.

Just had my oath ceremony a couple of hours ago, the officer registering us told to add their initials in the oath form email subject line so it reaches the particular officer directly and they can do further processing quickly

When did u took ur Oath ?

From what I have seen on watching oath ceremony virtually on YouTube, a number of them mentioned that you change the subject line of the document PDF oath statement that is mailed back to them. You include your application number, your last name, your first name and then the processing officers name or initials in the subject line of the email. I just assumed they explain all this when they verify your IDs in the Zoom break out room or when you have to cut up your PR card. I have watched a whole bunch of those videos.
