Saskatoon.
Not sure what the holdup is. I spoke CIC last week, and from their end all is approved; but because this is not a larger centre, the date of the oath ceremonies are at the discretion of the regional officer. So they probably wait until full, and then schedule an oath, either that, or they have a long waiting list.I was told at the test that it could take 3 months or so.

Hi. Are you sure that it is 4 to 6 months, not weeks?

Unfortunately, yes. They also added we could receive it as early as 2 months. But like what others have mentioned, it varies from office to office. I guess there might be a lot of backlogs at BC offices.

Any updates on the oath letters yet?

I did the test yesterday in the 4 pm session. Everybody who passed got a notice to appear the first week of January for Oath Ceremony. Based on what I was reading here - I didn't expect a letter the same day because I had the test in the afternoon. I was the last person (in the last batch) to get the letter. We left at 6 pm. I guess it all varies. I took the test in Mississauga. I live in Scarborough.

Thanks. We'll all get there. Good luck!

Got my oath letter today for ceremony in Saskatoon on the 16th of January.
Total time is 25 months.
Not bad I guess ::), given that it was non standard application (only due to fingerprint request; which I submitted digitally).

We got the Oath letter in mail today! Merry Christmas!
