So, I received my oath invitation email with the ceremony scheduled to take place next month in September. One of the bullet points in the oath invitation email states the following:

My question is: If I proceed to complete and send this declaration form, would it cause my ceremony to be re-scheduled or the application to be delayed? Would it better to simply inform the clerk on the day of the ceremony? If anyone has any experience in this, please do let me know.8.
