After Oath ceremony,
I have signed the Oath form for citizenship, using blue pen
But as per the instructions, I need to sign it with Black pen

I have already sent the scan copy of Oath form through email to WST-CitizenshipClient-Notification@cic.gc.ca

Just FYI.... My citizenship application status has been set to "COMPLETE"

Do I need to resend the Oath form with signature(using black pen)?

Yes! You can always resend just to be sure. Write a note in your message section of the email why you’re resending.

As per the instructions, we need to send within two days after Oath. Correct me

I know. You have already met your two day requirement by sending the forms signed in blue. Now you’re just correcting it. I truly don’t think there is an issue with blue ink singed and if they want blank ink singed, they will ask you. I suggested resending just for peace of mind. Doesn’t hurt.

If your status is set to complete, it means your form is accepted and you are basically done. You would only make it redundant by sending the form again.
