Oath email not received

First of all, really thankful for this forum as this is so helpful to people searching for answers.

My mom's citizenship status shows oath on Jan 20,2022 but we haven't received the email yet. Should I wait or contact CIC?

It is normal from what I have been reading - usually you get the email a week to a couple of days prior. I am Jan 19 2022 and have not yet received mine

Seems we are all on the same boat of January... My oath is on 25 Jan and I still haven't received any email yet as well.. Waiting.

Hello, no email yet - my online tracker was updated on Jan 3 2022. I will post an update when I do receive the email, hopefully it will be next week so I know what time I need to take out from work.

If Toronto, then it’s either Scarborough or Mississauga office.
You can find it from the email address they used when they sent you email to take the test. It usually has three letters that abbreviates the office that is handling your case
