Oath ceremony

Me and my husband received an oath invitation but unfortunately we cannot attend the oath due to medical reason. We emailed back to the email that they sent us, infornming we cannot make it on the said date. My question is Do we have to send a message in a web form too?

Get well soon. Oaths are virtual so perhaps you should probably be ok as ceremony won't take more than couple of hours.

Should you still decide to reschedule Oath you may respond to that email or send a webform, but keep in mind that next Oath invite may be after a long wait.
