When was it actually sent ? You can find that out by looking at the date on the postal red stamp on the envelope.

Congrats - Did your ecas also update ?

Thanks everybody ! :D
And No, the eCAS still shows nothing after the test.

Ottawa oath dates updated.

3 each for Oct 21, 22 and 23

Though for Oct 23, the time 10:45 was listed twice, I guess they meant 1:45pm.

No oath letter nor ecas update for us though...but still hopeful it'll come this week or next week.

I am also waiting for oath in Ottawa. DM in September. No letter and no ecas update after DM. Hopefully we will get an update this week or next.
btw - When I checked online, it still shows me only two ceremonies - one each on Oct 19 and Oct 23.

The eCAS got updated 2 days ago with oath date. Taking oath tomorrow !

All:
Ottawa office does not have a judge of their own. The judge comes in every 3rd week of the month.

That's why all oath dates from Ottawa seem to always pour in in the 3rd week of every month (except for that surprising ceremony from Oct. 8th, if you guys remember).
Therefore here is the deal: if you pass your test today, expect your oath on the 3rd week of November. If that doesn't happen, then you'll certainly be scheduled for the 3rd week on December. That is why most people in Ottawa get their oath around between 4-8 weeks (average of 6 weeks) after their test.
From my observing, Ottawa has the shortest test-to-oath waiting time. That is good.

You can use the above info to estimate what week your oath will happen.

Thank you AsianIndia, this certainly helps. Yes, I guess there is a trend in the oath dates in Ottawa and the reason seems logical. We will keep on checking for mails/ecas, and update the group if we hear something. Congratulations again for your Oath tomorrow.

Proud Canadian :P :P :P
The ceremony was very nice

Thank you everyone for your help and support

Good luck everyone !
