Hi Ottawa2013, I hope you are good, I'm sorry I was so busy this days I couldn't login , actually l have a good news and bad news
The good news I called cic office this morning they said they send me the letter to take the ceremony this December 11th , and if I don't get it this week I have to call them again,
The bad news i didn't get any letter , I hope I'll get it today , good luck everyone

Any idea about when the letter was sent?

Santa fulfilled our request. Now you can apply for the passport on Monday or Tuesday and there is a chance to pick it up 2-3 days later if you already have your ticket.
