we took the test on October 8,2014. any one had the test this day received the ceremony invitation letter.
as far as I see they are inviting people who did the test on September

Unfortunately CIC Not working according to the dates , nor In order,I think it's all case by case depends on your circumstances, and the CO assigned to your file, and your local office as well, some of Sept test takers just received the Oath invitation, on the other hand there are still applicant's who passed the test on July-June , still waiting

Ottawa has ceremony on 8th,9th and 10th. Hope they will add more .
