Oath ceremony delay Scarborough

I did my test on Sept, 27 2018. Decision Made ecas on Sept 28 (the day after the test). I’m a Dec 18, 2017 applicant.
It’s been two months and a half and no communication for oath
I called once and sent case inquiry without any response.

The Scarborough office is going very slow, they are probably over their heads with more applications than the officers to process. So there's not much you can do apart from what you already did... I would follow up again after the 18th. I'm a Feb 2018 applicant, had my test and decision made around same time as you... now just waiting. Good luck with your application!
