Hello

I have a NZ PR approval letter.

Recently I received nomination from saskatchewan and applied for CANADA PR.

1) Which place to prefer?
2) On passport, Can I have a VISA stamping for NZ and then go for VISA stamping for CANADA as well? Is that an issue?

Actually, this is my first choice last year... I was so eager back then. I got 150 points for their EOI
For IT fields, this is advantage to get higher points..

Though I don't know y chose CA... they said NZ is :
- there is a fault line (earthquake)
- high cost of living
- blah blah blah...

Now when I apply CA for PR, they said:
- very cold
- oil firm are losing
- cost of living is high
- if no Canadian experience, go with survival jobs..
- and blah blah blah...

wtf.... hay life so difficult -> this is for looking for a better life and family...

I would go with Canada.

I've lived in 5 countries, my brother used to in NZ.

3. Advantages of Canada compared with NZ.

1. Canada is not isolated, compared to NZ. Other places of the world are more reachable (at least from me, being from Europe).
2. From Economy point of view, better prospects in Canada.
3. Real estate - prices in NZ and AU are ridiculous.

I would by all means pick CA.

For Real Estate UK is awfully expensive. Canada is better choice and USA too.

Yes, but if you compare it with NZ or AU, UK is not too bad.... :) Canada and the US are much better choice, I've lived in Colorado and if i would be there now with the money from my UK house - i could afford a huge house over there.

If you're gonna make less than 2x the minimum wage go to NZ or AU. If you have a profession AND you're GOOD at it then Canada and the US win them all.

Some people in Canada want to go live in the US and some people in the US want to go live in Canada. I've never heard anybody in the US or here in Canada wanting to go live in NZ or AU.

Truth is Canada is less ghetto than the US but the US has more money.
Overall NZ has less than Canada in every sense. Money, opportunity, etc.

I'd personally choose Canada over the US because it's more peaceful. Look what happened in California yesterday. That doesn't happen in Canada.

I'd personally choose Canada over NZ or AU as I have a profession and have no problem getting jobs that pay around $100k a year. I doubt I can get jobs for that much in NZ or AU that easily.

Sure you can earn more in AU or NZ - but you will be spending more too. Cost of living is ridiculous.

I'm an Aussie living in Canada, love both countries.

You can do that, should not be a problem.
Remember - NZ gives a resident visa which is valid for 2 years, if you do not spend 180/ yr in the country, you will loose residence.
As I have read in the comments, being small country and isolated the cost of living is expensive. Living in Auckland is more expensive than living in Vancouver.
Job market is small and limited opportunity.
Choose wisely.
