Nursing in Alberta vs Ontario

I have a friend who is moving to Canada as well and is a nurse and can't decide between Alberta and Ontario. Which province is easier getting the license and which province has better prospects for nurses/

Hi pls give me advice , I recently approved practice Permit from Alberta whole process I done from India . Now I’m also India and i want to transfer RN license from Alberta to Ontario. Can I do this from India .
