Need some advice my friend had her app ready to go under 3012 but we just got news of the cap. She has worked as a graduate nurse and assessment nurse. Can she still apply under 3233. She has done all the duties under that NOC and more. She's more qualified to be a registered nurse than a licensed practical nurse. Isn't a registered nurse senior to a licensed practical nurse?

ANY updates for our noc 3012? Especially october applicants? I just checked today our cap, and its already filled (been busy for the past months, I only checked CIC's website now). And I'm kinda worried, because mine was received last october 29 (checked my dhl delivey date).

Can someone tell me what is happening in CIC and our cap? Would my application still be eligible for this? Or should I start hoping for the express entry?

hi all nurses, im jaison from india. i have send my application on 26/6/2014 and it reached cic on 5/4/2014. i have applied under 3012 and 3233.
i am little bit confused about the number of applications accepted by cic till date which is mentioned in cic website. it shows that only 5 applications accepted under 3012 and remaining 3233 & 3011 are zero. I personally know some agencies who are representing many applicants under this caps,they have already sent more than 100s of applications in may under cap3012 from india before 2 months ......my question is...eventhough cic got this many applications before 2 months, why it is not mentioning in cap numbers...there is only 5 applications showing...

Did you ever hear from CIC, pls update us.

hello friends,

I am GNM nurse from India and applied for FSWP 2014 under NOC CODE 3233 ( licensed Practical nurse) WES gave canadian equvalancy as three year hospital study and training. I am so worried that WES will be a problem for PER because they didnt mention my canadian equvalancy as diploma/certificate, any body know that any GNM nurse got file number under 3233 catogory, please help.
