Nurse immigrating to Canada

I am currently living in the US and I haven't done bedside nursing in several years. I currently do utilization review/case management. Do you think I will have trouble finding a job? I don't really know if I want to go back to bedside nursing.

Also wondering if there were any issues getting your education evaluated or accepted. I am thinking a bachelor's in nursing here in the states should transfer easily. Please let me know your experiences.

You will be surprised that it is not. American have no upper hand in Canadian Immigration compare to other nationalities and vise versa.

I will be surprised that what is not? I'm not asking if it's easier for Americans to immigrate to Canada.

I guess I was misunderstanding when you said "transfer easily". If it is the case, I'm sorry.
Yes, I would also assume the same that the US degree will be evaluated the same as Canadian degree, no problem at all.
